Did you know that nearly 85% of qualified candidates' applications and resumes are never even seen by employers? Most employers use applicant tracking software, and if you don't know how it works, you are likely in the 85% of job applicants that employers are missing. In this important workshop, learn how applicant tracking systems work so you can ensure that employers see you and invite you to interview.

This program will be presented virtually on Zoom. You will receive an email with the participation link the week of the program. Please contact the Library if you register but are unable to attend.
