July 9, 2 pm: To Kill a Mockingbird (1962)
The classic Oscar winning film, based on the Harper Lee novel, stars Gregory Pack as a widowed single parent lawyer, who defends an African American man who is falsely accused of rape. In the process, he tries to teach his young children about the perils of prejudice. With Brock Peters, Robert Duvall, and William Windom, 129 min.
July 16, 2 pm: "Black Adam" (2022)
Dwayne Johnson stars as the DC ancient superhuman who is freed from the tomb after 5,000 years to unleash justice. With Aldis Hodge, Pierce Brosnan, Noah Centineo, and Sarah Shahi, PG-13, 125 min.
July 23, 2 pm: "A Night to Remember" (1958)
This docudrama-style portrait of the sinking of the Titanic tells the story through the perspective of survivor Second Officer Charles Herbert Lightoller (Kenneth More). Roy Ward Baker directs this subtle, yet sensitive portrayal of the tragedy. With Honor Blackman and Ronald Allen, 123 min.
July 30, 2 pm: "Strange World" (2022)
A Disney animated adventure that depicts a family mission to save the planet from a mysterious ecological crisis. With voices by Jake Gyllenhaal, Dennis Quaid, and Lucy Liu, PG, 102 min.

Main Library, located in the heart of downtown Akron, combines compelling public space with meaningful and relevant public library services for all members of our community. Since opening in 2004, the downtown library welcomes more than one million visitors each year.
Subject divisions include: Business, Government & Science, Culture & AV, Magazines & Newspapers, Special Collections (local history & genealogy), TechZone@Main, Teen, and a 12,000 square feet Children's Library.
Special services available at Main Library include: a Patent & Trademark Resource Center; U.S. Passport and Notary services; a Microbusiness Center; a Maker Space; a resource lab for early childhood educators; and regularly scheduled computer training classes. Also available at Main Library are more than 125 public access computers, color photocopiers/printers, laminating, scanning, faxing, and free Wi-Fi.
Specialized spaces include a 425-seat auditorium, public meeting rooms, and a used bookstore. An interior glass block walkway leads to a 600-space parking garage owned by the City of Akron. An outdoor amphitheater and landscaped park complete the complex.
