Join storyteller Sara Showman of The Largely Literary Theater Company for a Halloween show that's "Slightly Spooky!" Perfect for school-age children and their families.
Register online, in person, or by phone at 330.643.4760.
Through rhyme and story, Sara will share rattling skeletons, a little lost alien far from home, a witch who gets a good idea about improving her cooking, and a chant that will help protect you on Halloween night. Spooky but not too scary, this show is excellent for ghosts and goblins five years and older.
Here are some slightly spooky stories to read at home:
"The Teeny Tiny Woman" by Paul Galdone
"The Tailypo" by Jan Wahl
"In a Dark, Dark Room, and Other Scary Stories" retold by Alvin Schwartz
