Always wanted to try meditation? In this series, you will learn how to build your own meditation practice in a supportive environment with holistic health & wellness practitioner Juice McKenna.
Have you always wanted to try meditation, but weren't sure where to begin? In this three-part series, you will gain the tools you need to build your own mediation practice, including postures, breathwork, mindfulness, cultivating compassion, and more.
Each session will include a short opening discussion, 15-25 minutes of meditation, and a feedback and Q&A session.
Juice McKenna has been a holistic health and wellness practitioner for over 10 years. She is a licensed massage therapist, certified fitness trainer, and a Reiki Master Teacher who teaches and hosts wellness workshops and retreats in Ohio. She began her meditation practice in earnest 12 years ago. Juice is also an artist who strives to make every experience fun, inclusive, and engaging.
This series will be hosted via Zoom.
You will receive an e-mail with the participation weblink three days before the program. Please contact the Library if you are unable to attend.
A webcam and microphone may be necessary to participate fully in this interactive event. If you have one or neither of these, your participation may be limited.

The Nordonia Hills Branch Library is your community information center, providing individualized reference service and access to information for citizens while serving the four Nordonia Hills communities: Macedonia, Northfield Center, Northfield Village, and Sagamore Hills.
