Mila Susnjar, Education and Promotion Specialist at ReWorks will give a short talk on the state of recycling in Summit County and will also answer recycling questions during a “Question and Answer” session. With recent changes in the recycling industry, Ms. Susnjar will also discuss contamination in recycling and showcase the works of five local artists who created art from actual contamination collected from our local recycling facility.
ReWorks is the Solid Waste Management Authority of Summit County and has the mission to provide solutions and leadership to empower our community, institutions, and businesses to develop and utilize environmentally sound, cost-effective recycling, and waste management strategies.
The Ellet Branch Library is a hub of education and entertainment for community members of all ages. Within the library, popular programs for adults include summer concerts and book discussion groups.
