Become part of the story and join in an interactive scavenger hunt.
The Carter-Pedigo Trail will transform into an Enchanted Story Land Forest. The trail will be packed with our favorite characters and villains from classic children’s fairy tales and nursery rhymes. Participants will encounter the Big Bad Wolf, escape a witch, dodge a giant, and outsmart a troll. These are a few of the adventures that will take place on the trail.
Please note the trail is not very stroller friendly. Sandals are not recommended, as the trail is made of crushed limestone. Please dress for the weather, sunscreen and bug spray recommended. The trailhead is located on the east side of the library parking lot. Scavenger Hunt trinkets will be available for the first 400 children to participate. Rain Date Tuesday, August 13, 10:30 am.
