World Refugee Day Celebration

In partnership with the Refugee Health Task Force of Summit County and Immigration Network-Akron, celebrate and honor Akron's robust refugee and immigrant community with food, games, and family fun.

Event takes place at Waters Park, 140 Olive St, Akron, OH 44310.

Immigration Network-Akron is a community-wide connection of program and service providers in the Akron-area focused on the shared goal of seeing every immigrant and refugee thrive in life, and helping out communities thrive from the contributions of immigrants.

The Refugee Health Task Force seeks to empower refugee and immigrant communities of Summit County to build on their strengths and resiliencies through culturally and linguistically appropriate services and cross-sector collaboration in pursuit of health equity.
